Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Maryland license required to start the assignment. Maryland does not accept compact license for this position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred; HCHB preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet productivity benchmark of 32 productivity points per week as required by the client.
• Experience providing services under a Physical Therapist’s plan of treatment, including reporting progress, assisting with adaptive equipment, and maintaining required documentation.
