Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active PTA license required. Must have an active WA license or an active compact license as required for submission and start.
  • Minimum 1 year of PTA experience required.
  • Required experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF/LTC) settings.
  • BLS (AHA) certification required and must be active at time of start.
  • Resume and skills checklist within 1 year required for submission.
  • 0–1 professional reference required at time of submission.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing restorative programs and balance training in SNF/LTC populations.
  • Familiarity with documentation systems used in long term care settings.


Assignment Details

  • Shift: Days, 40 hours guaranteed.
  • Weekend Requirement: No weekends.
  • Travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility in Renton, WA.
