Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,320 to $1,520 per week in Munster, IN

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.
