Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Client requires submission of resume prior to start.
