Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations, transfers, gait training, and ADL-focused interventions preferred.
• Client requires documentation competency in electronic medical records systems used in skilled nursing settings.
