Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Massachusetts PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings required.
  • Experience with geriatric patient populations preferred.
  • Ability to follow established care plans and document per facility and state regulations.
  • Current TB screening and immunizations as required by facility policy.
