Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active TX or compact Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 2 years of PTA experience in long term care or skilled nursing environments required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing therapeutic interventions including exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and documenting patient progress preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Pattern: 8 hour days, 40 hours guaranteed.
• Assignment Duration: 13 week travel assignment.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
