Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Massachusetts PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with common SNF documentation systems and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Ability to work with geriatric patients and those with complex medical conditions preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Schedule: 5x8 (days), VMS work days include Sunday through Saturday per client scheduling.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.
• Contract Length: 14 weeks.
