Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,284 to $1,484 per week in Rocky Ford, CO

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Shift length: 8-hour days.
• Setting includes two separate buildings, including outpatient space connected to psych and a separate building with skilled nursing beds.
• Expected patient volume is approximately 9 to 10 patients per day.
• Current census is 79.
• Productivity expectation is 85% or higher.
