Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required.
• New graduates are not eligible.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Coverage includes two skilled nursing and long-term care locations.
• Productivity expectation: at least 85%.
• EMR systems: NetHealth and PCC.
