Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness in a skilled nursing facility, helping them move better, feel better, and remain as independent as possible under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active SC Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
  • Experience with NetHealth and PointClickCare documentation systems preferred.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations (90% expected productivity).
  • Availability to work a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week with potential for additional hours.

  • Shift: Days. Schedule is typically Monday–Friday with flexibility to adjust as needed.
