Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active North Carolina PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in restorative care, transfers, gait training, and use of common assistive devices preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
