Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant in Cincinnati, OH. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move safer, increase function, and maintain mobility under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Ohio PTA license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required by client. This is client-specific and may be required prior to start.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Client prefers clinicians with prior SNF experience and familiarity with restorative programs.
  • Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
  • Ability to work with patients who require assistive devices, transfers, and mobility training. Prior experience with wheelchair assessments, gait training, and fall prevention protocols preferred.
