Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Connecticut PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC prior to or at start of assignment.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet productivity expectations (client requires approximately 93% productivity after 2 weeks).
  • Ability to complete Connecticut fingerprint-based background check as required by state regulations.
  • Ability to work a 35-hour guaranteed schedule and meet attendance expectations.
  • Preferred: experience with typical SNF documentation systems and restorative therapy programs. (Preferred items are not required.)


Assignment Details
