Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• MA PTA licensure
• CPR
• 1+ years of PTA experience

Assignment Details

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00-4:30
• Tuesday and Thursday: 10:30-7:00
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient ratio: 1 at a time, 30-minute treats
• Productivity expectation: 70%
• Patient volume: 12-14 patients per day
• Dress code: Scrubs or business casual
