Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California Physical Therapy Assistant licensure required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience working in inpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to work independently under PT supervision and document patient care per facility policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospital or acute care environment preferred.
• Experience with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and discharge planning preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:30–16:00.
• Possible shifts include 07:00–15:30, 07:30–16:00, or 08:00–16:30.
• 40 hours per week.
• Call requirement: one weekend per month.
• May be required to float to other local facilities as needed.
