Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Jasper, GA. You will work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and conditions in an outpatient setting, helping them move better and stay active under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Georgia PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics required. Candidate must have documented experience treating orthopedic diagnoses, post-operative patients, and activity/functional restoration.
  • Ability to manage a caseload in a busy outpatient clinic, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy basics, modalities, and home exercise program instruction.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with supervising PT, patients, and administrative staff.
  • Preferred: prior travel PTA experience or experience in multiple clinic settings.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Outpatient orthopedics clinic.
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
  • Start timeframe: late June or early July.
