Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain)
BLS
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled Licenses: PTA-CT Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history
License and SNF experience are required.
Preferred Qualifications Travel experience is preferred
