Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active South Carolina PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross prior to start.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Comfortable providing restorative programs, transfers, gait training, and mobility interventions for older adult populations preferred.
• Experience with common documentation systems in post-acute settings preferred.
