Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Experience with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, transfers, and restorative programs preferred.
  • Ability to document electronically in the facility’s EMR system preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift Hours: 0830-1630.
  • Work Pattern: 5x8.
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
