Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Experience providing restorative or geriatric therapy preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel PTA experience preferred.
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
  • Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
