Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Michigan State PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Prior experience with rehab documentation, restorative programs, and common SNF equipment (gait belts, Hoyer lifts, parallel bars) preferred.
