Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. (Client may require AHA or ARC.)
  • Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and follow therapist-directed plans of care.

  • Typical hours: 08:30–16:30.
  • Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
