**Exciting Opportunity for Physical Therapy Assistant in CA!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team as a Physical Therapy Assistant in beautiful San Mateo/San Francisco area! - Minimum 1 year professional experience required; home health experience preferred. - Work within assigned county territory: - Area #10: San Mateo, Brisbane, Burlingame, Daly City, Redwood City, Hillsborough, Millbrae, Colma, South San Francisco, Pacifica, Palo Alto, Belmont, San Bruno, Half Moon Bay, San Carlos, Menlo Park, El Granada - Area #9: San Francisco - Choose from TWO options: - **Guaranteed Hours:** - Minimum of 36 hours guaranteed. - Achieve at least 30 points per week (points defined below). - Flexibility to travel outside the area or cover weekends as needed. - Please note: guarantee does not apply during the first and last week of assignment or during holidays. - **Non-Guaranteed Hours:** - Weekend coverage may be required. - Opportunity to occasionally work outside the service area. - Freedom to refuse patients; no guaranteed hours. - Willingness to see Covid+ and Covid PUI patients essential. - Visit Types and Points: - Routine Visit = 1 point = 1.33 hours - Inclusion of drive/travel time, visit time, documentation, and patient/doctor communications in overall rate. **Required Credentials:** - Current CA PTA License - BLS Certification - Valid Driver’s License - Auto Insurance and Registration - Annual TB Test - Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), and Flu (annual) - Drug Screening - Physical Exam **Important Notes:** - Your agency’s contract must mirror the confirmation details. - All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission. - Time off requests after acceptance date will not be approved. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
