Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Pediatric Outpatient

Job Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a pediatric outpatient clinic in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This role focuses on evaluating and treating children with developmental, orthopedic, and mobility-related conditions while working closely with families and a multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapy focused on:

• Motor development

• Mobility and gait training

• Strength, balance, and coordination

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and therapy team (OT, Speech)

• Educate families on home exercise programs and care plans

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (Arizona or Compact State)
• BLS Certification (required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of Physical Therapy experience
• Outpatient experience required
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
