Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | No Weekend or On-Call Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to adult patients in a clinic setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and clinical goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records within the EMR system (Cedaron; transitioning to EPIC in September)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Adhere to facility dress code and all applicable policies and procedures
Required Qualifications- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (or documented active licensure status)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Proficient outpatient physical therapy experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an adult outpatient physical therapy setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Cedaron or EPIC EMR systems
