Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday through Friday | 15-Week Contract | 35-Hour Guarantee
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy or physical therapy assistant services to patients in accordance with care plans
- Evaluate, assess, and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient rehabilitation goals
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification at all times
Required Qualifications- Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to fulfill a 15-week contract commitment
- Availability to work Monday through Friday day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
- Experience working in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar clinical setting
