• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a patient population of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, including double-booking of follow-up visits
• Deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment within an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and staff to ensure quality patient care and operational efficiency
• Float to other clinic locations as needed

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing or eligibility to obtain licensure in Oregon
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Willingness and ability to float to neighboring clinic locations

• Prior outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience
• Comfort working in a high-volume, productivity-driven clinical setting

• 36 hours per week guaranteed with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours
