Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 30 Hours Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in an outpatient or clinical therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
