Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work at a Facility in Waukegan, IL. This order is available for both local and travel.
Evaluate patients' physical condition and mobility
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide exercises and therapy to improve strength and movement
Help patients recover from injuries, surgery, or illness
Reduce pain and improve physical function
Teach patients exercises and home care techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
Document patient care and therapy outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a Physical Therapist
A valid and current PT license issued by the state of IL.
Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices
Strong communication and patient care skills
Compassion and patience
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
