Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
- Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic workflow
- Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to outpatient orthopedic patient populations
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Alabama or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high-volume caseload
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with double-booking scheduling models and high-volume clinic environments
