Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: - Duration: Direct Hire Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm / Monday - Friday Experience: 0 - 6 months related experience License: Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy Certifications: Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy Must-Have: - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients and families. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. - Basic computer knowledge as needed for data input and reporting. - Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. - Effective reasoning ability and adaptability. Description: Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment. Progresses patient treatment as appropriate. Carries a patient load that reflects productivity standards. Evaluates patients accurately. Plans appropriate treatment. Sets and meets functional goals. Revises and progresses treatment programs as goals are met. Provides instruction to patients and/or family members, as well as other healthcare providers. Maintains appropriate treatment records. Completes accurate daily patient charges. Completes patient records in a timely manner. Accurately reflects in patient charges the time spent and procedures performed. Maintains technical expertise through attendance and participation in continuing education activities. Assists with daily responsibilities as appropriate.
