Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinic setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
Required Qualifications- Active, permanent South Carolina Physical Therapist license required — compact licensure alone is not accepted
- Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
- Ability to complete credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
- Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel therapy experience
- Familiarity with outpatient physical therapy workflows and documentation systems
