Contract | 13-week assignment (with potential extension to 26 weeks) | Full-Time | 40 hours/week guaranteed | Onsite | Day Shift | 4x10 schedule available; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Raintree EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including chiropractic services
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to assignment start

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Availability to work up to 2 evenings per week (until 7:00 PM)
• Must complete three required HealthStream Modules prior to assignment start

• Prior experience with Raintree EMR
• Experience in a high-volume outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient setting

• Work within a well-established outpatient therapy clinic offering both physical therapy and chiropractic services
• Guaranteed 40-hour work week with a flexible 4x10 schedule option
