Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physical therapy best practices and standards of care
- Provide physical therapy services across multiple outpatient or clinical settings as needed
- Deliver telehealth physical therapy sessions when in-person hours require supplementation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Ability to work across multiple facility locations within the same region
- Comfort and capability with telehealth service delivery
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a multi-site or float therapy role
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote patient care protocols
