Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation (Travel Contract)

Schedule / Job TypeContract (Travel) | 13 Weeks with Possible Extension | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
- Document patient progress and treatment notes using the facility's EMR system (ProTouch)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Float to other units within the facility as needed, including HNW and Med Center areas
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Ability to work a day shift schedule in an onsite, inpatient environment
- Compliance with facility dress code (black scrubs required)
Preferred Experience / Skills- At least 1.5 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation (IPR)
- Familiarity with ProTouch EMR system
- Experience floating across multiple units or care settings within a hospital environment
