    Key Responsibilities
    • Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction
    • Conduct 60-minute evaluations and treatments, designing functional programs that support effective return to community activities
    • Complete medical record documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines
    • Ensure all care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance authorization as required
    • Participate in student clinical programs as assigned, providing supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations
    • Adhere to discipline-specific state practice acts and regulatory requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing and fulfill all continuing education requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of California
    • Prior outpatient Physical Therapy experience required; new graduates will not be considered
    • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
    • Proficiency in clinical documentation in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines
    • Commitment to patient and employee safety standards and professional codes of conduct
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapy students in a clinical setting
    • Active involvement in professional development activities, continuing education, or professional organizations
    • Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality initiative participation
