Travel Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services across both acute care and outpatient clinic settings
- Perform therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, balance training, and gait training
- Manage a caseload of approximately 9–11 patients per day per FTE
- Utilize PT modalities, pool therapy, cardiovascular equipment, Biodex balance system, and fitness center resources
- Document patient care using CERNER (acute care) and Nethealth Xfits/ReDoc (outpatient)
- Participate in a weekend rotation every 5th weekend, seeing priority patients on Saturdays (approximately 2–3 hours; no Sunday visits)
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Demonstrated experience in both outpatient and acute care settings
- Team-oriented and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, spine, or manual therapy
- Background in vestibular/vertigo treatment and stroke rehabilitation
