Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Outpatient | 36–40 Hours Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an orthopedic patient population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
- Deliver evidence-based evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Tennessee
- Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Strong clinical skills in orthopedic physical therapy
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Experience working with orthopedic patient populations
