Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
- Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and quality assurance requirements
Required Qualifications- Active, permanent South Carolina Physical Therapist license (compact license not accepted)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
- Minimum 30-day notice required upon end of assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with contract assignment expectations and travel therapy workflows
