Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday through Friday | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Carolina
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing setting
- Experience working across diverse patient populations in a clinical environment
