Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and ongoing rehabilitation strategies
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wyoming or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work day shift in a rehabilitation and care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care rehabilitation environment
- Experience with geriatric patient populations
