Key Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
Maintain compliance with facility policies, credentialing requirements, and professional standards
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
Ability to fulfill a 20–26 week assignment commitment
Must meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a high-volume outpatient physical therapy environment
Familiarity with travel or contract-based clinical assignments
