Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | 20–26 week commitment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care and positive outcomes
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to fulfill contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Ability to commit to a 20–26 week assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
