Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehab / Medical-Surgical

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in a medical-surgical inpatient setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans to support functional recovery and rehabilitation goals
- Float to outpatient and acute rehabilitation unit (ARU) settings as needed
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately within the EPIC electronic medical records system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Missouri
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical physical therapy experience
- Proficiency or ability to work within the EPIC EMR platform
- Ability to float to outpatient and acute rehabilitation unit environments as required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a medical-surgical or inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Previous travel therapy assignment experience
- Familiarity with EPIC documentation workflows in a rehabilitation context
