Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | No Weekends | No Holidays

• Perform evaluations and follow-up treatments for an average caseload of 12–15 patients per shift
• Treat patients primarily in an outpatient clinic setting, with the ability to float to inpatient/acute care based on scheduling needs and patient demand
• Manage a caseload independently, including patients with orthopedic (post-surgical, general pain), neurological, balance, and weakness diagnoses
• Provide clinical direction and oversight to PTA staff as needed
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner using the facility's electronic health record system
• Participate in one-on-one orientation with the department manager and be expected to carry a full caseload by day three of orientation

• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) licensure
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a PT outside of school/clinical rotations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment
• Experience performing both evaluations and follow-up treatments across a varied patient population

• 3 or more years of clinical PT experience outside of school/clinical rotations
• Prior inpatient or acute care experience in addition to outpatient experience
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records
• Experience using Med Bridge or a similar home exercise program platform
