- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Orthopedic/joint replacements, geriatric patients with multiple co morbidities – CHF, COPD - Additional Notes: Staff are provided a tablet for the EMR. The service area is most of Tehama County with a few small areas that are not located within office range. Mileage for therapists per day is around 40 miles – but anticipate that will reduce with additional therapy staff and re distribution of patient load by area.
