Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services in inpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
  • Cover hospital physical therapy needs as required
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses and personalities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using up-to-date practices
  • Write timely and accurate clinical reports and correspondence in accordance with departmental standards
  • Collaborate with the care team and independently problem-solve patient care challenges
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current California Physical Therapy License
  • Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification approved by the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Successful completion of the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE)
  • Compliance with all applicable state regulatory requirements
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in acute, swing bed/skilled nursing, and/or outpatient settings
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience working across multiple care settings including inpatient and SNF environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse patient population with varying diagnoses
  • Proficiency with computer systems and clinical software
  • Strong drive to continually learn and apply new treatment techniques
