Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services in inpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
- Cover hospital physical therapy needs as required
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses and personalities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using up-to-date practices
- Write timely and accurate clinical reports and correspondence in accordance with departmental standards
- Collaborate with the care team and independently problem-solve patient care challenges
Required Qualifications- Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy
- Current California Physical Therapy License
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification approved by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE)
- Compliance with all applicable state regulatory requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in acute, swing bed/skilled nursing, and/or outpatient settings
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working across multiple care settings including inpatient and SNF environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse patient population with varying diagnoses
- Proficiency with computer systems and clinical software
- Strong drive to continually learn and apply new treatment techniques
