Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
- Compliance with all facility onboarding documentation prior to start date
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation patient populations
