Contract | Days | Tuesday through Saturday | PRN block assignment with full-time hours available
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an outpatient or similar clinical setting
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with minimal onboarding time
